Healthy Living Workshop
Tuesday 3rd November 12.30 to 2pm
Workshop Outcomes
By the end of the session, participants will feel:
More energised - with simple ways to improve daily energy, movement and overall wellbeing.
More in control - understanding how everyday choices around stress, food, movement and gut health can support them.
More fulfilled - reconnecting with purpose and discovering realistic habits that help them enjoy life, rather than feeling that healthy living is another chore.
Workshop Facilitator - Pavan Kang
Pavan is a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer who helps people make positive changes to their health and wellbeing without feeling like they need to overhaul their entire life.
She believes that healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated. Her approach is about taking away the jargon and science, making health easy to understand, and focusing on small, realistic habits that fit into your life as it is now.
